About LCHA Low Rent Public Housing Housing Choice Voucher Program News and Events
Who We Are...
The Special Events Planning Committee was an idea conceived by the Executive Director, David A. Northern, Sr. The Special Events Planning Committee whose energy is reflected in their motto, “Together We Can” plans, organizes, coordinates and promotes special events and activities to help enhance staff team work, communication and build employee morale. Jennifer Bahna, Family Self Sufficiency Manager was appointed as the Special Events Coordinator to fashion this idea into a workable team. And that she did! We are proud to share the following accomplishments achieved in so short a time.
Watch here for the photos & descriptions of the events that have benefited many already.

Summer Food Program - Yearly
LCHA sponsors the Marion Jones Summer Food Program, a drug free summer food camp which provides a constructive outlet for children ranging from 2 to 18 years of age. This program will prepare students to live and work in a world that is increasingly scientific and technical in nature. The camp trains counselors, provides opportunities for student experimentation, involves participation by parents, and utilizes partnerships with community experts. It includes lots of fun activities and trips and nutritional food for their bodies.
