Effective February 1, 2007 LCHA began offering optional direct deposit of a landlord’s Housing Assistance Payment. As of April 1, 2009 it became a requirement for participation for new landlords in the Housing Choice Voucher Program.
HMS PAL is the online system used for landlords who receive their Housing Assistance Payment via direct deposit. HMS PAL allows landlords to view their payment details and history. If you choose, you will receive payment notifications by email immediately after it is posted to your account.
HUD does not provide us funding until the 1st of the month. We cannot release your payment to you without confirmation from our bank that money has been deposited locally.
If you close your account or wish to change bank information for direct deposit please allow us at least 30 days time for the change.
