Scattered Sites East are located in the following communities: Beach Park, Grayslake, Gurnee, Lake Bluff, Lincolnshire, Mundelein, Palatine, Prairie View, Unincorporated Waukegan, and Zion, Illinois. The units consist of single family homes, duplexes, and townhomes with various floor plans.

Scattered Sites West are located in the following communities: Antioch, Barrington, Ingleside, Island Lake, Lake Villa, Lake Zurich, Lindenhurst, McHenry, Round Lake, and Wauconda, Illinois. The units consist of single family homes and duplexes with various floor plans.
